You have significant experience in growing and fostering online & offline communities and social media management. You are passionate about connecting people in a meaningful way.Responsibilities :Markets you will be in charge of: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, CroatiaSource culinary talents by using scouting sites and social mediaSupport the current host community by providing educational resources for the best successAttend new and older experiences on a monthly basisWrite copy for food experiences and partnership presentationsHand select experiences to be listed with strategic partnersWork with the corporate team to create purposeful products for our host communityOccasional travel across South Europe to meet, onboard, and work with talent/community in key citiesQualifications :Requirements :BS degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant fieldFluent in English, Italian, SpanishAt least 3 years of experience managing online & offline communitiesPrevious experience in events/hospitality/travel industryPassion/interest/experience in food/beveragesExcellent communication skills - Both verbal and writtenAptitude for fostering positive relationshipsTeamwork and leadership skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlinesStrong understanding of how to drive product adoption and client retentionManage 1 internExtras :Run a food/travel/lifestyle Instagram accountHow to apply?Please send your resume + cover letterAdditional InformationEatwith is a fast-paced, fun environment.
