Your MissionCommunity Development: Initiate, maintain, and develop our Gen Z communities related to music on platforms like Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.Engagement Growth: Create and execute strategies to increase engagement, participation, and loyalty within our communities.Content Creation: Develop and share engaging content that resonates with our audience, including posts, stories, videos, and more.User Support: Provide excellent support to community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.Platform Management: Manage and operate communities on Discord and other relevant platforms, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.Research and Optimization: Conduct deep research on best practices for utilizing relevant platforms and continuously optimize community management strategies.Virality and Network Effect: Contribute to the app's virality by encouraging user-generated content, referrals, and word-of-mouth marketing.Event Planning: Organize and host virtual events, contests, and other interactive activities to keep the community engaged and excited.What you'll need to succeed?Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing, preferably within the music industry.Platform Proficiency: Rich understanding and experience with Gen Z platforms like Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.Music Industry Knowledge: A genuine passion for music and staying updated with industry trends.Creative Thinking: Ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas that resonate with our audience.Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to understand community behavior and optimize engagement strategies.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse community.Organizational Skills: Highly organized and systematic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Proactive Attitude: Eagerness to optimize and improve, with a mindset that challenges the status quo.Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the business development manager, dev team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.Remote Work Savvy: Experience working in a remote environment, with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
