.Office Manager - English Native SpeakerJob BriefAt Media.Monks we are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our social media team, ideally based at our Madrid monastery.If you are a social-media-savvy professional, experienced in oral and written communication skills and able to develop engaging content this is your job.You should be a 'people person' with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.ResponsibilitiesSet and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.Understand social platforms and trends in real-time for the correct detonation of new ideas.Execute editorial writing for social media posts, digital video scripts, and brand presentations.Adapt texts in different lengths depending on the need of the project by creating tone, voice, and written identity of the brand.Daily analysis of the conversation around the brand and the generation of responses that favor the objectives of the brand.Editorial writing for blogs.Requirements3+ years of proven work experience as a community manager for automotive, technology, or luxury brands.Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.G.
