Always open to creating new digital deals and partnerships!Work with the Director of Social Media and Editorial Executives to schedule and promote editorial-sponsored content across all platforms.Complete timely qualitative and quantitative analysis/reporting to improve our proposals.About YouWe're seeking someone who:Has a native-level of Spanish and Catalan while English is also preferred.Extensive knowledge of Barcelona and Catalonia (its people, customs, peculiarities, sense of humor...)Has a deep passion for digital marketing.Has 2+ years of experience running social media accounts for a newsroom, agency, or brand or personal projects related to social media.Stays up-to-date with digital technology trends. Has a strong understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for what makes content popular online. You have a knack for all things social—knowing all the right places to look for killer content.Can demonstrate the ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.Has experience with social media tools like Falcon, Canva, CapCut, Creators Studio, Storrito, Later, and similar. Experience with video editing is a plus.Has the ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.Pays attention to detail, is a critical thinker, and a problem-solver.Feels comfortable appearing on camera and conducting voice-overs for our video content
