Community Impact Manager
Summary:

The Community Impact Manager will support Amadeus' Social Sustainability strategy to help our communities thrive by leveraging our core and the expertise of our people. They will be responsible for the consistent execution of Amadeus' global community impact strategy to strengthen societal resilience in countries where we operate together with our partners and Amadeus employees.
They will report directly to the Head of Community Impact and work closely with Amadeus' Community Impact Network, playing a critical role in building internal and external relationships to ensure the successful delivery of the Community Impact Program and progress towards Amadeus Sustainability Ambition and targets in the Community Impact stream.
In this role you will:
Drive the local implementation of Amadeus Community Impact Program:

Define Amadeus' global community impact annual plan in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. Work with them to translate the global community impact strategy into tangible and impactful actions across the company.
Actively coordinate its transversal execution across the company and monitor local and BUs community impact plans' alignment with the global strategy and their successful delivery. Coordinate resource allocation to local community impact plans.
Lead and coordinate the organization of the Amadeus Volunteer Month.
Lead and coordinate implementation of Amadeus' Humanitarian Aid program and other global community impact flagship initiatives and partnerships.
Drive change management to ensure corporate alignment to the global community impact strategy.

Lead and coordinate Amadeus Community Impact Network:

Lead the internal network that implements Amadeus' Community Impact Program locally (currently present in more than 100 Amadeus offices worldwide).
Strengthen its functioning and coordination by building efficient communication channels, increasing its capacity and knowledge, bringing a clear sense of priorities and identifying synergies, facilitating best-practice sharing, providing ongoing guidance and expertise, and assigning resources.
Collaborate with existing Amadeus' Employee Resource Groups to facilitate their contribution to Amadeus' Community Impact Program. Foster the creation of local Employee Volunteering Committees.

Drive the implementation of Amadeus global community impact projects:

Actively engage with external stakeholders to reach project goals and planned impact on beneficiaries.
Coordinate Amadeus project contribution internally, including participation of Amadeus volunteers, or contribution of Amadeus expertise and support.
Coordinate project-related reporting and impact measurement.
Give input to internal and external communications teams.

Coordinate Community Impact reporting:

Define KPIs and assess local Community Impact plans.
Regularly monitor project implementation to ensure activities are aligned with program guidelines and priorities and reporting commitments are met.
Coordinate internal Community Impact Network and external partners reporting: reporting tool management, gathering relevant information and back-up information.
Coordinate regular Community Impact reporting and prepare input into Global Report.

About the ideal candidate:

Holds a university degree in Sustainability, Business, Management, or another relevant field.
5-10 years of professional experience in Community Impact, CSR, Corporate Philanthropy, Corporate Volunteering, or Social Sustainability reporting, preferably within the private sector (ideally IT or Travel and Tourism), consultancy, or Corporate Foundation.
Experienced in engaging with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, industry associations, NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations), communities, and other individuals/entities with influence.
Skilled in project and program management, as well as reporting.
Possesses knowledge in Sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), Social Impact, and Community Impact.
Familiarity with the Travel Industry and Tech Industry is a plus.
Experience in using community engagement platforms (e.g., Benevity) and/or B4SI social impact framework is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrates strong project management skills, including budget management and team management, as well as effective communication and reporting abilities.
