Grupo Iberchem is looking for talent for our Communication Department.
Your responsibility as a Community Engagement Associate will be to manage the company's social media strategy reporting into the Communications Director.
Your mission will be to develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and drive growth across all social media platforms.
As part of the communications team, you will be involved in the management of the following functions: Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and values.
Customer service through our platforms and networks.
Analyze and report on social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to inform future strategies.
Identify and engage with online communities and forums relevant to the company's industry and brand.
Coordinate with the Communication team to ensure brand consistency.
Liaise with other departments to stay updated on the company's news and activities Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Permanent full time contract Timetable Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 2.30pm with a flexible time for arrival and departure (one hour) The requirements are: Degree in areas related to Communication, Marketing, or similar.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position within a company or agency.
High level of English (C1).
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Advanced knowledge in image and video editing for social media (InShot, Adobe, Canva, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of content management platforms (Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.).
Availability for national and international travel.
Experience launching community initiatives (e.G.
building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) Excellent writing skills.
