At Monday we are looking for a Community Associate for our next opening in Madrid.
We are looking for an operational profile focused on community wellness and customer experience.
Our Community Associates are responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the center and overseeing all operations from the front desk. For this position, you will need a strong attention to detail, rigor in process compliance, excellence in customer service, and great people skills.
You will be the person who leads the events side of the business and the natural link between the community and Monday.

REQUIREMENTS Desirable 2 years in asset management, preferably offices in positions similar to office manager, event coordinator.Training in business management, commercial/marketing, or tourism.Demonstrable experience in the generation and execution of events.Highly customer-oriented to facilitate a unique experience at the center.Comfortable creating synergies among the community, empowering and leading events.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at user level.Great attention to detail and organizational skills.Potential for sales/commercial orientation, sociable person, empathetic capacity.Complete proficiency in English.Ability to manage and lead a community.Proactivity and autonomy.MAIN FUNCTIONS ONBOARDING – Welcoming new workers
Management of the new member's welcome to the community after signing the contract. Presentation of the center and the community and accompaniment during the first days.INVOICING – Issuance and follow up of payments
Management of the monthly invoicing process, issuance of invoices at the end of the month, follow-up of collections, explanation to the client, and solution of incidences.OPERATIVE – Day to day management
Coordination of suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, security…) to deliver an excellent customer experience. Daily control of the condition of the center to maintain quality standards. Management of internal and external events. Reference person and incident resolution from the front desk.WE OFFER Indefinite contract after 6 months of trial period.Interesting conditions composed of a fixed salary according to professional experience.Being part of a company in full growth and expansion.Central timetable from Monday to Friday and availability of one Saturday a month, according to the needs of the center.Work in the best office in Madrid, with gym, canteen, and panoramic terrace.If you think your profile fits this position, leave us your CV in the form below and we will contact you right away.
