About the position This full-time position is based at our La Guardia (TLV) and Bursa (Ramat Gan) locations, reporting directly to the Site Manager.
The role involves regular travel between the two sites to ensure seamless operations.

Your day at Mindspace As the Community Associate, you will take care of all front desk logistics and assist with all officeand community management tasks.
What will you be responsible for: Serve as a point of contact (POC) for all members and guests within the Mindspace CommunityMonitoring the front desk during operation hoursPoint person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and equipment.Organize office operations and proceduresWork on community tasks together with the Community Managers and take an active role in itSolve member-related issues to ensure a smooth operationAssist with building operations, maintenance, and upkeep of Mindspace facilities#LI-Onsite
Requirements Minimum Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or project managementExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsHigh level of English & Hebrew - verbal and writingCritical Competencies for Success Customer-centric and a people personGetting the job done!
