Our LEED-certified residence in the vibrant 22@ area of Poblenou offers 250 studio apartments, extensive common areas, and a variety of high-end facilities designed to enhance our student residents' living experience and professional potential.Job Description:We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Community Associate (Imagine a Hotel Receptionist but with a bigger Focus on Community) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, students, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist residents, students, and visitors with inquiries and services.Handle phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks efficiently.Promote and organize community events, encouraging interactions among residents and students.Assist with the scheduling and coordination of on-site amenities and services, including the language academy, gym, and common areas.Support and communicate our sustainability initiatives and policies to residents and visitors.Act as a point of contact for emergencies, ensuring resident safety and well-being.High level of English and Spanish are required.
