Your mission will be to define and execute a comprehensive community strategy to drive engagement, expand our ecosystem presence, and cultivate ecosystem partnerships—ultimately increasing Qonto's brand awareness and customer acquisition in the Spanish market.You will be part of the Events & Projects area inside the local marketing team in Spain - reporting to Cristina Gómez, Events & Projects lead, who will provide strategic guidance and support.As a Community and Ecosystem Manager at Qonto, you will:Define and execute a community and ecosystem strategy for Qonto's Spanish market, focusing on developing relationships with potential partners and increasing brand awareness.Create and nurture a community targeting micro and small businesses (1-9 employees) through targeted events, communications, and networking opportunities.Develop a systematic approach to follow up with community audiences and create meaningful connections that can bring business opportunities and brand consideration.Establish Qonto as a key player in the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and creating valuable community touchpoints.Foster meaningful connections with the community by executing communication strategies across various channels such as emails and social media, while managing community interactions and content creation.What you can expect:Be part of a dynamic team within Qonto's Spanish marketing department, focusing on community and ecosystem development
