The role of the ISDI Community and Communications Specialist Reporting to the Head of Marketing and based in Madrid, the ISDI Community and Communications Specialist will manage ISDI's ex-alumni community generating a strong network. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the different ISDI events successfully while nurturing our database with relevant information for them.
This profile will also be responsible for communicating through different channels with our audience, managing ISDI's presence in social media and PR. It will be key to build and maintain an active community where interaction takes place and relevant content is provided to our brand followers.
Key tasks: Communication and Social Media Social media management: maintain the different social media channels active (Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter…), keeping a coherent brand awareness.Content generation for the different platforms.Social media and content strategy implementation and executionBe the main point of contact between ISDI and its community, increasing the level of interaction.Be responsible for the community's external communications strategy, managing ISDI's database.KPIs monitoring and analysisISDI Community Be the ISDI Community ambassador and a great network promoter.Support the design of the whole ISDI Community's strategy, which includes students, alumni, lecturers and professors.Events planning, coordination and end to end execution: design strategic plans for each event (objective, budget, resources needed and minutes). The candidate will coordinate the different departments and external suppliers involved in the event.KPIs control and data, making use of different tools to analyze results and suggest improvements for coming events. Community members DataBase clustering, campaigns generation, email marketing and lead nurturing. Focus on the ISDI DTC KPIS to create the proudest community improving the recommendation rate.Activate training and digital talent development initiatives for the community's benefit.Promote ISDI's career and entrepreneurship services throughout the community.Manage ISDI's alumni CRM strategy (Salesforce)Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or a similar field.Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and a high English level.At least 3 years experience in community management.Proven knowledge in events management and execution.Excellent communicator, both written and verballyPrevious experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred), Wordpress, Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin) will be highly valued.Strong interpersonal skills and a great team playerAbility to collaborate across teams, cultures, and seniority levels (executive to junior)What do we offer?
