Your main objective is to activate communities by driving the acquisition, conversion, and recommendation of our smoke-free products.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
NOT YOUR AVERAGE SALES JOB: You will be the key sales consultant in your territory for all smokers +18, managing your schedule through meticulous planning and organization. We prioritize high-quality sales by conducting product testing and IQOS loans with follow-up to finalize the sale, addressing their concerns and ensuring brand love and conversion.
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Engage and nurture relationships with your IQOS customers, motivating them to refer smoking friends/acquaintances. We rely on your ability to invite them to events, brand stores, brand dinners, etc., and gradually enter different communities through referral programs. (IQOS Club)
ACTIVATE YOUR ENVIRONMENT: Influence your smoking environment (personal and professional) to switch to IQOS, the more people you know, the easier the start!
COLLABORATE WITH B2B: Utilize your influence to build and maintain good B2B relationships, creating a joint strategy; also explore HORECAS, shops, companies, tobacco shops, etc., to connect with smokers interested in IQOS.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
University degree is valuable
Minimum C1 Spanish level, proficiency in another language (English) is valuable
High school diploma or equivalent is essential
Prior experience in direct sales and customer loyalty
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to organize your own visit route, manage daily time effectively
High level of communication and active listening skills
Familiarity with the work area
Eligibility to work in the EU
