Bunge is committed to operating and thriving in the digital world – creating world class agile teams where teammates are empowered and encouraged to collaborate and test and learn to succeed."Note: Y ou are ideally located in Barcelona to obtain this job.More on the Communications Specialist role:• Work closely as part of the communications team in Europe and Asia to execute our integrated corporate communications program, including internal and external channels.• Develop compelling written/visual content and messaging to communicate corporate strategy, values, activities and business-related news for internal and external audiences to be used in all communications channels. ( i.e.: intranet articles, emails, press releases, social media posts, media interviews, company positioning statements, leader messages, announcements, presentations, talking points, newsletters, and scripts ).• Drives content editorial calendar and monitors key communication tools and channels across Europe & Asia, publishing content and maintaining them.• Build relationships with Bunge's business units and functions, as well as with the internal communicator network and help facilitate message alignment across countries and across the company.• Create and maintain materials to assist local managers in their community and industry affairs efforts and promote their contributions to appropriate channels.• Use analytics to monitor key communications channels to identify risks and opportunities.• Other duties as assigned.We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.• Minimum 4-5 years' work experience in communications required; prior experience in corporate communications or agency environment strongly preferred.• Experience in agriculture or food-related industry preferred.• English native speaker preferred. Ability to speak other languages is a plus.• Proven excellent written communications skills with proven reporting/storytelling ability required in English.
