The role is responsible for working with the Spanish media relations team in areas including media strategy and materials to support our local and global priorities, supporting the positioning program for our senior leaders, assessing, adapting and localizing research and thought leadership, and developing media pitches. This individual will support the senior team on managing issues and managing our reporting and coverage reports. As part of the Spanish Media Relations team, this individual will report into the Iberia Media Relations Lead and will also collaborate with the Portugal and Israel media relations teams, as well as the global media team members.Travel Expectations- Limited travel expected.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or other university degree- 2 years of agency or in-house experience in PR/corporate communications in the marketing, technology and/or professional services sectors- Demonstrated experience working in international hybrid environments and within teams based in different locations- Experience building strong working relationships with different stakeholders- Experience working in international events- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, "can do" perspective and collaboration in a professional setting- Demonstrated knowledge and ability in media measurement tools, tactics, and capabilitiesSET YOURSELF APART:Preferred Skills- Strong writing skills, with the ability to write attention-grabbing, persuasive media materials, reporting documents and internal stakeholder correspondence.- Experience in reaching out to media, developing media interview briefings and facilitating media interviews.- Understanding of business and the Spanish media landscape.- Creativity will be valued and knowledge about new media formats.- Understanding of the business marketplace; quick thinking with an inquisitive nature and desire to learn about economic and business drivers, the technology ecosystem, and all aspects of Accenture's business.- High level of spoken and written English and Spanish.- Strong initiative and leadership skills.- Exceptionally detail-oriented, yet equally flexible and agile.
