Morgan Philips is seeking a Communications Manager for a Multinational Company. By leading the development and execution of the internal communication strategy, you will become a strategic partner for the entire organization and contribute to its cultural evolution. Working in close collaboration with their people, you will assure that their employees have an optimal alignment with the company purpose, values, culture, and business goals.

Responsibilities: Facilitate a people-oriented and innovative internal communication strategy.
Design and implement communication campaigns using new and innovative channels maximizing employees' engagement and participation.
Play a key role in the organizational change management to improve engagement.
Support the Leadership Team in the definition and landing of key messages in impactful internal events.
Strong collaboration with the employer branding team.
Manage external vendors to ensure that the communications strategy and tactics are executed on time and with quality.

Requirements: Solid experience in a communication role with a focus on internal communication and change management.
Creative and out-of-the-box thinking with know-how in modern communication tools.
Digital mindset.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
