About this role: The Communications Manager is part of the Engagement Communications team, whose mission is to deliver on our business strategy effectively. The role will report into the Senior Director and assist with internal communications programs, metrics, and channels.
What you'll do:
Manage the partnership between IT and business sides of internal communications technology stack, driving the evolution and continuous improvement of communications channels, including owning technical relationships with platform vendors.
Lead project management for ongoing global intranet initiatives, including GenAI and mobile implementations, SEO and UX workstreams, and additional enhancements as needed.
Oversee intranet governance and health at both site-wide and business unit-specific levels, including updating metrics and best practices, and sharing with relevant stakeholders.
Serve as primary point of contact for Internal Communications Center of Excellence, including maintenance of key documented guidance, governance, and standards for global team, including playbooks, best practices, benchmarks, and metrics dashboard.
Develop and maintain UX data library, including managing future UX studies, surveys, and focus groups.
Partner with other business unit stakeholders as needed to update intranet pages.
Support global Internal Communications team through knowledge-sharing, enhancement updates, and project management support as needed.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years' experience in operations/project management, data & analytics, and/or communications, preferably at a global enterprise.
Exceptional organization and collaboration skills.
Ability to function as an individual contributor.
Proactive self-starter and ability to flex priorities.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
