ADP is hiring a Temporary Communications Business Partner. In this role, you will be a key member of the global payroll communications team, business partnering with the leadership team of one of our market-leading payroll solutions to create communications to our associates, clients, and partners – telling the story of ADP and the wider global payroll function. You'll also play an important role in the global payroll communications team, contributing to the communications across the global payroll suite of products, as well as working with internal and external communication colleagues across the world as we work together to spread the word on ADP's market-leading payroll services. Reporting to the Head of Communications, Global Payroll, the role will involve the creation and execution (from concept to delivery) of highly engaging client and internal communications. The role will also involve owning the communications of change initiatives to drive strong associate and client engagement, global and regional events, and supporting the leadership team in achieving their communication objectives.What you'll do:Generate plans and create content for internal associate engagement and client campaigns such as blogs, social media, videos, town halls, newsletters, new product releases, engagement surveys, and other motivating and engaging articles.Working with the senior leadership team, draft and maintain an annual communication strategy and delivery plan for the ADP business, integrated with the global payroll communications strategy.Project manage and execute on the delivery of client and internal campaigns.Create content and manage the delivery of internal and client magazines, communications, and newsletters.
