Top content creators and former footballers serve as club presidents, with new and disruptive rules, audience participation in league decision-making, and much more, all with the aim of Reimagining the game, every day.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Communications Manager with experience in corporate communication offices and/or PR agencies willing to work on different projects, ranging from sports and entertainment event management to corporate and internal communications.Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, you should have experience working with media (traditional and digital), content creators and institutions, both nationally and internationally. You will be proactive and organized to ensure the proper implementation of communication objectives for each business units of the company.Main Responsibilities:Execute the communication strategy of Kosmos' different business units.Develop and execute brand and corporate reputation plans for internal and external audiencesImplement local brand strategy and boost relationship with our key stakeholders (internal & externals)Oversee Kosmos owned channels (i.e website, Linkedin...)Create and update corporate materials.Support live events from a press and institutional point of viewManage and set up corporate speaking oportunities.Maintain or create an excellent relationship with media, content creators and other stakeholders from different sectors.Work with the content and digital team to create stories in different formats and establish distribution strategies on various platforms.Support the Chief Communications Office with the international overaching Kosmos growth strategy.ABOUT YOUPassionate about the sports industry, you are eager to work across different sports and entertainment events in close collaboration with a diverse and talented multifunctional team. An enthusiastic and proactive professional, who builds collaborative relationships with teammates and external partners, and has a desire to learn and grow with us.Requirements:You have demonstrated at least 7 years of experience in a similar position.Bachelor in Communication, Journalism or Public Relations.Strategic mindset and passionate about 360 communications.-Advanced level of written and spoken English.Ability to create presentations and visual documents for reporting and internal plans.Project management skills, ability to work with freelancers and vendors, and meet deadlines.Excellent writing and editing skills.Availability to work weekendsYour skills?Creative and social mindset: identify stories, maintain frequent relationships with the media, and works with the team to ensure broad and qualitative media coverage in target media.
