Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Communications Lead to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for a complex business transformation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-stakes communication initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement, and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities Design and implement communication strategies that support business transformation goals.Work closely with OCM leadership to ensure alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders.Develop compelling content for various channels, including internal communications, intranet, and print media.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed.Requirements Proven 7+ years of experience as Communications Lead or similar role leading communication strategies for business transformation.Strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple needs simultaneously.Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred.Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Fluent in both French and English is considered an asset.Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
