Overview: The Center for Health, Well-being and Happiness' mission is to take a holistic and human approach to develop the skills needed to be our best. We look to proactively cultivate a caring community with intention to living life with purpose, appreciation, balance, and perspective. Our Center collaborates throughout the IE community to facilitate the opportunities for increased awareness, knowledge, and practice of skills to manage the challenges of the day to day and live life fully. We are looking to incorporate a Communications Coordinator (temporary) into the team to enhance the outreach and community engagement of the Center, keeping the IE Community up to date with our activity, engaging the broader external community, and ensuring a smooth and fruitful collaboration with the ecosystem of stakeholders to support a culture of well-being. In parallel, the Coordinator will have the chance to get involved with other projects that help achieve the larger objectives of the Center.Responsibilities:General Responsibilities:Strengthening the internal and external outreach of the Center by keeping all outlets and channels up-to-date and liaising with relevant stakeholders including other IE Departments as well as student-led clubs and initiatives.Enhance the community engagement efforts by maintaining a close and frequent communication with the student body.Own the event-planning efforts.Event-planning:Implement a communications strategy across the internal and external channels of the Center.Coordinate the non-academic offering of the Center: weekly well-being workshops, recurring activities, and one-off events.Liaise with facilitators and providers.Liaise with other relevant departments involved in the event organization (Maintenance, location requests, Campus Life, IT, etc.).Liaise with student clubs and organizations to enhance event collaborations and synergies (Well-Being Club, Student Government, etc.).Communication and Center Promotion:Responsible for maintaining all Center outlets up-to-date: Social Media (Instagram account, potential new LinkedIn page, and YouTube channel), IE Connects (Center's group page and My Well-Being), external website, WhatsApp group with Students, Vimeo showcases with videos and session recordings, Microsoft Teams channels for the Staff, Workplace relevant groups, and newsletter.Responsible for ensuring other departments and their channels receive timely news about the Center: Internal Communications Dept. (Weekly Briefs, Dir. Com, Workplace, etc.), Campus Life (weekly newsletter, and IE Connects updates), Academic Teams' newsletters and important communications.Represent the Center at relevant events including Club Fairs and info sessions.Lead the student collaborators of the Center focused on communications tasks.Be the first go-to for students and clubs seeking to collaborate on an event or initiative.#J-18808-Ljbffr
