Role Purpose Statement As a Communications Business Partner you will be responsible for defining, preparing and executing communication plans and strategies for the business areas you'll partner with, ensuring alignment with the Bunge culture, messages, brand and strategy.
In this role you will collaborate closely with the broader communications team, leaders of business areas, as well as with cross functional global, regional and country stakeholders. With a hands-on approach, you will implement all the communication tactics and deliver communications that empower, engage, inform and support business priorities and organizational change.
Main Accountabilities: Own, develop and carry out end-to-end communications strategies and plans in close collaboration with the communications, leadership teams, and stakeholders across countries, regions and at global level. Plan, write and edit simple, engaging initiatives and content, through a variety of internal and external communication channels and tools, including articles, emails, videos, executive messages, briefing documents, presentations, talking points, newsletters, fact sheets, reports and project-specific communications as needed. You will be responsible for the quality, content management and look and feel. Provide communications support to organizational key strategic projects and initiatives. Work with the regional and global communications teams, to continuously improve the communications framework and channels to enhance engagement of internal/external stakeholders and communicate effectively with them. Drive, monitor, measure key communication tools and channels and proactively identify opportunities to develop and implement new ideas and communication initiatives, based on feedback. What you bring: Degree in Communications or related field and proficiency in English. Other languages valued. 5+ years of experience in a communications role, with expertise and experience in managing internal and external communications, in a global environment and matrixed organization. Excellent written and oral communication skills, and basic knowledge of graphic design. Strong knowledge of corporate and business communication, for internal and external audiences, with experience in developing, managing and executing communication strategies end to end. Ability to think strategically and "connect the dots", communicate in an attractive way, articulate a clear viewpoint on complicated issues, creating concise and well-written and persuasive narratives and compelling visuals. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to empathize and interact at different levels of the organization. Open and able to drive change, motivated and proactive, critical thinker, problem-solver and results-oriented, hands-on contributor, quick learner, with a continuous improvement mindset.
