Candidate will be involved in most of the projects and will have the opportunity of professionally growing.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesSupport on wing to wing process management & weekly report out.Assist on preparation of the training material for training teams on the "to-be" process.Willing to attend customer and team meetings and events inside/outside home country.Support partnership with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy.Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline.Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited university.BS in Communication, Marketing or Journalism, or relevant disciplines background preferred.Proven interpersonal skills.Active listener with good communication skills.English and Spanish Proficiency is a must and any other language is a plus.Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Proactive with high level of integrity.Working time: 40 hours/week.Hybrid work is possible but min. 2 days office work in the Madrid office is required.If contracted in Spain: Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain.
