Communications and Engagement Specialist (English C1) Responsibilities: Manage internal communications content, vehicles, and initiatives, including company newsletters, announcements, intranet postings, videos, events, and leader communications.
Work with the Communications & Engagement team and cross-functional partners to maintain an editorial calendar by audience, date, and media.
Develop sustained metrics to assess the ongoing effectiveness of communications vehicles.
Partner with the Communications & Engagement Manager to identify new and state-of-the-art methods to effectively deliver and reinforce strategic messages at all levels of the Company.
Support external communications as required.
Work with local teams or third parties to translate messages into local language.
Support video/film rollouts that reinforce storytelling.
Coordinate events as required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Profile: Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or equivalent.
3 years of related experience within communications, change management, or associate engagement.
Native-level English language skills with fluency in other European languages a plus.
Strong experience writing and editing communications, marketing materials, and/or public relations collateral.
Good written and verbal communication skills with an eye for accuracy and consistency.
Experience in multi-site/country environments with a highly dispersed field associate base operating in multiple languages.
Experience working independently and/or partnering with teams to implement large-scale communications projects and initiatives.
Creative and knowledgeable of communication methods utilizing a variety of technologies and various communication vehicles to reach different audiences.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where initiative, accountability, prioritization, and flexibility are essential.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully multi-task and manage several initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to show good judgment and discretion in sensitive and confidential matters.
