Our solutions link up businesses and large multinationals located on five continents and integrate their management systems.EDICOM helps digitalize companies through the development of SaaS solutions (Software as a Service), automating and integrating data interchange (EDI) and eliminating manual insertion errors and unnecessary use of paper around the world.Our solutions and markets are growing, so we are looking to increase our communication strength and impact as a company to work for by adding a person to the Communication & Branding team.Task Always keeping in mind a working context within the Employer Branding and positioning of the EDICOM brand, you will be responsible for:Managing social media for the EDICOM HR brand, carrying out the following main functions: You will manage the corporate social networks, reviewing the strategy aligned with the positioning and employer branding objectives, as well as proposing calendar planning, copies and general management of publications.You will prepare the necessary graphic resources from templates or carry out basic photo retouching.
You will also produce video assets for publications, so you will need some video recording and editing skills when required for content.You will monitor the published content plan, draw up your social analytics reports and model strategies or scheduling based on the results.
You will have a data-driven mindset.
Your analytical skills and knowledge will help you weigh up outcomes and make decisions.Your innovative and proactive attitude will mean you keep up to date by researching content trends, competition, news and updates on different social media platforms.You will dynamize the social networks and attend to the community: controlling followers, taking actions to increase followers and maintaining relationships with other companies/universities via social networks.Management of corporate communication, carrying out the following tasks: Liaising with external organizations or collaborators (universities, business schools, media, etc.)
to arrange collaborations in events, sponsorships or any EDICOM brand activity.You will contact other EDICOM branches, departments and areas to keep up to date with events, technological innovations, our business expansion, events, etc.Drafting necessary documents or reports related to CSR award nominations, rankings, sponsorships and STEAM collaborations, etc.Reviewing or developing corporate presentations for colleagues, managers or executives.Setting out from the guidelines in our Brand book, you will ensure the proper treatment of the EDICOM brand in your communications, correctly applying the identity defined in the Brand Guidelines (tone of voice, brand identity, etc.)
