NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Diversity Mainstreaming in The Maritime Sector and is searching for key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project. Duration: The intended start date is March 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 12 months from this date. Key Expert: Communication Specialist (Cat. II): ?? Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Human Resources, or a relevant directly related discipline (Minimum requirement). Excellent command of English language (CEFR C1) (Minimum requirement) Working knowledge of Dutch language will be considered an advantage. Change management skill will be considered a strong asset. ?? General professional experience: At least 10 years' work experience in the preparation of materials to disseminate results and evidence from sector specific studies (Minimum requirement). ?? Specific professional experience: At least 5 years' work experience in the organisation and management of capacity building workshops (Minimum requirement). At least 5 years of experience working with public sector entities (Minimum requirement). Experience in the maritime sector would be an advantage. Experience in the gender, diversity and inclusion related projects would be an advantage. Good knowledge of EU policies/legislation relevant to gender equality in employment demonstrated by previous professional experience would be an advantage. Knowledge of major gender and diversity equality principles and their application in a European context would be considered an advantage.
