NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Diversity Mainstreaming in The Maritime Sector and is searching for key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.Duration: The intended start date is March 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 12 months from this date.Key Expert: Communication Specialist (Cat.II): ? Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Human Resources, or a relevant directly related discipline (Minimum requirement).Excellent command of English language (CEFR C1) (Minimum requirement) Working knowledge of Dutch language will be considered an advantage.Change management skill will be considered a strong asset.? General professional experience: At least 10 years' work experience in the preparation of materials to disseminate results and evidence from sector specific studies (Minimum requirement).?
