Communication Manager - Gr Spain [M798]

Job Description: MAIN ACTIVITIES: Under the guidance and leadership of the HO Site Communications, the Communication Manager undertakes and supports the following communication activities: Supports the preparation, definition, and execution of the communication plan for Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Spain in support of the Airbus communications and business objectives.
Acts as an Airbus Spain site communications advisor for Airbus Commercial functions and directorates for internal and external communications, in alignment with the communication team in Airbus Defence and Space and Airbus Helicopters in Spain as needed.
Represents communications and engages with site and local communities, including the collection, management, and prioritization of requests for communication support in line with the communication plan and business and communication priorities.
Implements agreed communication actions and delivers on established objectives and KPIs ensuring "internal customer" satisfaction feedback and communication impact, as well as lessons learnt implementation and budget compliance.
This includes: Ensuring input to Engage and Connect Employees activities in Spain.
Supporting Engage and Connect External communications with media relations activity in Spain.
