Job Description: A temporary position for a Communication Generalist has arisen with Airbus Operations, Getafe (Spain).
RESPONSABILITIES: Under the guidance and leadership of the HO National Communications, within the Commercial Aircraft business of Airbus, the Communication Generalist will undertake and support the following activities in the Communications department:
Represent the communications department and engage with site and local communities.
Collect, prioritize and manage requests for communication support, in line with the Company communication plan and business priorities.
Promote and protect the Airbus brand, participating in the definition of adequate Lines To Take (LTTs), helping leaders take into account LTTs to ensure the relevance, consistency and compliance of communication assets targeting large audiences or external stakeholders.
Provide advice to selected projects and leaders for the definition of their communication plans and actions that the business will run to ensure Airbus' objectives are achieved.
Lead or support agreed communication actions and deliver on established objectives and KPIs ensuring internal "customer" satisfaction feedback and communication impact as well as lessons learnt implementation and budget compliance. This includes:
Ensuring input to internal communication activities in Spain.
Support External communications with media relations activity in Spain.
SKILLS: 1-2 years of experience. Having completed an internship at Airbus would be a plus.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English in writing and speaking.
