People Excellence wants to incorporate a Senior Communication Specialist as an implant for an international infrastructure company, reference in the development, operation and management of transport infrastructure assets. Job Description We offer a temporary position in the Communication and CR Department, to support the development and management of the area at international level, reporting directly to the Director of Communication, Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility. As a Senior Communications Specialist you will contribute to the construction and maintenance of good relationships with stakeholders internally and externally, enhancing company's reputation and brand recognition. Addressing, at the same time, the operational challenges of the organization from a communication perspective. Working transversally with all the company's teams to ensure a solid development of the company's corporate communication. Key responsibilities: External communications: Drafting of press releases. Management and coordination of projects with suppliers ensuring deadlines and product quality. Maintain and develop relationships with key media when necessary. Internal communications: Collaborate in the design, planning and implementation of IC campaigns across the assets. Production and creation of corporate news and reports. Maintenance of internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters). Coordinating the rollout of the company's cultural model. Providing support to the internal client in the development of projects from the communication perspective. Management and organization of internal events. Digital Communication: Company website and intranet project: design, updating, editing and contents. Support in the design of company's integration strategy in social networks. Management and analysis of audience statistics. SEO/SEM positioning and online reputation. Marketing y Branding: Collaborate in the design, planning and implementation of campaigns (online & offline) at the corporate level and in the concessions where the company currently operates. Participation in the visual identity creation processes of the company's products and brands. Update and edition of the commercial materials, brochures, corporate video… Preparation of scripts for campaigns and corporate materials. Corporate Responsibility: Supporting company's storytelling creating stories around cultural engagement and Corporate Responsibility. Implementing ESG plans, managing the monitoring and reporting on ESG, ensuring budgets are met and strict adherence to governance processes Identifying areas where the company could have a positive impact through CR actions. Education and work experience Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising or Audiovisual Communication. Master's degree in Advertising/Marketing/Corporate Communication/International Relations, or similar. 5 years of experience. Knowledge and Skills Excellent level of English (spoken and written). Portuguese would be a plus. Proactive and well-organized, self-starter, with the ability to coordinate several projects at the same time. Manage agencies engagement effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Innovative thinking & creaitivity. Excellent written and audiovisual communication skills. Graphic design and web editing skills (Photoshop, Indesign, Wordpress)
