We have developed a technology of membrane reactors for the separation and production of hydrogen in situ from different feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, syngas from waste… The Opportunity: As a Start UP/SAT Technician at H2Site, you will play an important role in the execution of the test protocol prepared by the engineering team. Acquisition and analysis of data from our hydrogen production plants. Performing the FAT of the different units at the H2SITE facilities in Bilbao and SAT at the customer´s facilities. Main Tasks: Commissioning and Control: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to prepare equipment for mechanical commissioning during hydrogen production plant projects. Performing leak tests. Perform mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of equipment. Checking the PLC control. Testing of the equipment. Documentation and reporting. Maintaining records of planning, PEM tasks, equipment control and calibration. Preparing operational monitoring and commissioning reports. Supervise the activities of subcontractors working on H2SITE facilities on H2 generation systems. Identify and communicate to the HSQE manager any dangerous situation, as well as the preventive measures to avoid it. What you will need to succeed: FP II in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or similar studies. At least 2 years of experience in production processes or similar roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to travel to project sites, supplier facilities and customer locations as required. Ability to perform inspections and audits in diverse environments.
