Commissioning Engineer for Battery storage and Microgrid systemsWe are looking for a Commissioning Engineer who will join our Grid Automation Business Unit.As commissioning engineer, you will execute the site activities working in coordination with project team.Your Responsibilities:Execution of Battery Storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects site activities (installation, pre-commissioning and power-on, commissioning)Follow-up HSE rules as per Country and Company normsProactively implement improvements in the commissioning processLiving values of safety and integrityBe part of a team and act as a team playerRequirements:Proven experience with power systems commissioning (i.E. BESS projects, Solar plants).Proven experience with commissioning of electrical LV-MV panels, Inverters, batteries, switchgears, minimum 3 years of experience is required.Good experience of PLC automation commissioning is considered as a plus.Good experience with troubleshooting.Fluency in both spoken & written English is required.Good knowledge of MS Office tools.Flexibility to travel worldwide is required.Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader that is advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
