PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES Coordinate Calendar of Commissioning Department Resources and calendar coordination with production and commissioning department managers. Manage holidays, days off, travel compensations and overtimes globally. Instruments calibration control Inventory and control of assets (tools, working clothes, PPE's, instruments) Purchasing. Department timing and cost. Internal control of electrical trainings, authorization, qualifications and H&S trainings and audits of the technicians. Department Metrics and reporting. KPI Budget control. Support on time 5S Metrics accuracy Calibration on time ABOUT YOU Experience: 3-5 years as a service coordinator of a technical team or teams calendar Experience on digitize reporting. Experience in international environments. Experience in organizing and reporting tools. COMPETENCY English minimum B2. Microsoft Office package. Able to develop and lead presentations and meetings. Skill in tools to organize documentation and plan tasks and resources. Skills to digitize and automate department reporting (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI,…). Customer oriented. Autonomous and decision maker. Effective Reporting. Valuable Electrical knowledge in power distribution and controls. Valuable monitoring/computers knowledge.
