Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your Commissioning and Warranty expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside young and talented teammates.
You will be responsible for corresponding activities during the warranty phase, ensuring our equipment meets their contractual requirements during commercial service.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Warranty, Commissioning…) planning and controlling the load, resources, equipment, and cost for commissioning and field support during warranty.
You'll specifically take care of preparing inputs for Budget/Forecast/strategic Plan, but also provide reliability graphs, monthly failures/incidents, and suggestions for improvement.
We'll look to you for: Control and manage warranty provision; Define and manage spares stock availability and repair flow; Control of contractual RAMSE and supply requirements; Selection of commissioning and warranty incidences that need root-cause analysis and participation in the corresponding meetings; Participation in the design reviews led by the engineering team; Report project information for E&M Management WRB; Representation of Trapaga CS within the Division, from the point of view of data interchange, participation in workshops, attendance to meetings, etc.
; Plan, develop, control, and coordinate with the customers, partners, and suppliers tests, repairs, solving of failures, and systematic modifications during the commissioning and warranty; Manage customer claims during the warranty phase; Interface with customers, other constructors, and subcontractors during the warranty phase; Integrate respect for EHS rules and any work-related processes; Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
