We use the best technology to automate works that do not require legal qualification reducing your costs drastically without losing an apex of excellence.This is the first Spanish ALSP, This is Legal Army.What we need from you:EU qualified lawyer.4+ years PQE as in a top-tier law firm or in a large company as In-house counsel deeply specialized in commercial technology contracting and IP/IT Law.Master degree in Business Law or IP/IT and New Technologies is required.Commercial, technology & contracting Law: proven experience in drafting and reviewing all kind of legal documents such as letters of intent, NDA's, Agreements, MOU's, Terms of Use, Terms & Conditions, MSA's, Partnership Agreements, Legal Opinions, pre-litigious letters and any kind of contracts related to the day-to-day activity of legal business consulting for software companies.IP/IT: proven experience in IP/IT tasks such as contracting, software licensing, registration of trademarks and other Intellectual Property assets, specially in the digital environment.Passionate for exponential technologies such as AI and blockchain and new business models: fintech, e-health, data & analytics, insurtech, e-commerce.Spanish native, English bilingual or minimum C1 level. A third language (French, Portuguese, German or Italian) will be a really valuable plus.Team player and hard-worker, can-do attitude, excellent communications skills, creative and strategic thinking is mandatory.Ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, with the ability to manage several clients at the time and business oriented.Not only a hard worker but being a nice person and being a team player is mandatory ; )Qualifications:You have a University degree in Law and a Digital Law, IP/IT or business law related post-graduate education. C1-C2 in English is mandatory (a part of the interview will be conducted in English).Well organized and able to work under pressure with multiple clients from different areas and sectors without loosing on excellence.Deep knowledge about how technology and digital business works: specially in SaaS, IaaS, programmatic advertising (AdTech), e-health, AI, software licensing, cookies, cyber intelligence, platforms, e-commerce, etc.Having a good knowledge of Technology Law and IP
