These responsibilities will involve analytics, strategy, customer orientation, collaboration, and transversal leadership, in addition to occasional in-field activities.Your role As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in:Actively participating in the Business Unit strategy. Market research including sales and competitors to find opportunities to help achieve the Marketing Plan and the Business/Commercial Plan.Providing support to the Commercial team by becoming the link between the Marketing strategy and the field execution.Proposing strategies and tactics that may lead to a product market share improvement.Coming up with initiatives which may lead to more patients benefiting from the treatments.Proactively proposing patient-centric and customer-oriented projects/activities.Leading cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, ...).To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:University Degree (Health Science/Business Degree preferably).Demonstrable experience in Marketing and Commercial within the Pharmaceutical Industry (at least 5 years).Experience in interfacing with Hospital Pharmacies, leading negotiations with hospitals and managing tenders.Abilities to lead cross-functional activities and actions.Skilled in strategic sales principles.Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Contact and application You do not need to upload a cover letter, but feel free to add a few sentences in your resume or CV on why this position has your interest.Beyond the Skin At LEO Pharma's Thrombosis Business Unit, we are dedicated to making a global impact in the fight against thrombosis.
