Job PurposeManage, service and grow the client portfolio assigned to you in the established geographical area, seeking to maximise sales and company targets. Together with the Area Manager, you will establish the individual objectives for your sales area and set the strategies to achieve them. You will also be responsible for transmitting and promoting Aliaxis group policy, generating and developing initiatives, promoting the use of the tools provided (CRM, PBI...), encouraging positive attitudes in your area and promoting the development of the client portfolio.
Key Responsibility AreaTo be responsible for specific sales region Distributor budget.To manage all existing accounts including large clients.Increase the number of customers in the region.To generate cross selling with the rest of SPS organization and projects.Collaborate with project department with engineering offers.Push the Aliaxis brand with all the portfolio.Experience and KnowledgeEducation: Bachelor
Working Experience: 3-8 years sales experience
Management Experience: 3-8 years in similar position
Driving License: Yes
Languages & Proficiency: Basic English and Professional Spanish
CompetenciesThe role requires strong business and commercial acumen and experience, and the ability to deal with complex and detailed information - plus an understanding of the key commercial goals and drivers. Candidates will need to feel comfortable with ambiguity and change and be excited by a role which will shape and deliver new tools and ways of working.
Knowledge requirementsExceptional Commercial skills combined with excellent communication skills.Experience in a B2B manufacturing organization.Sound business know-how and an appreciation of sales, marketing and commercial processes.A balance between determination & perseverance and empathy: able to engage and align local buy-in with local needs.Strong drive, leadership and influencing skills - the ability to facilitate change.ERP user Experience (preferably SAP).Proficient Spanish.
