What You'll Do:Help the Global Reporting Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectivesProactively identify and collect analytical, tooling and reporting needs from different stakeholders - Client Solutions, Sales Operations, Global Sales Compensation etc.Participate in the building process of a quarterly roadmap, based on leadership / end users business needs, in order to deliver upon the BI strategyManage the day-to-day operations of the Commercial POD team, including project management and performance managementWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop BI solutions, and deliver actionable insightsStay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies, and make recommendations for new tools and approaches that could improve our BI capabilitiesEnsure the accuracy and integrity of data used in BI solutions by developing and maintaining data quality controls and processesWork collaboratively with the Sales Excellence, Sales Ops., Sales Strategy and IIT Teams to continuously improve the customer centricity, enhance functionality for the sales users and maximize reporting outputsTrain and mentor team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality BI solutionsCommunicate BI insights and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerWho You Are:At least 4-5 years of experience working within BI, Data analytics or sales operationsBachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science etc.) or in Business, Finance with equivalent practical experiencePrevious management experience is a plusSQL proficiency is requiredExperience working with PowerBiExperience in CRM-Analytics is a strong plusBackground in any of the following is a plus: Python, Tableau, Vertica, Hive/Hadoop, MS SQL StudioKeen intellectual curiosity and ability to structure & solve complex problems in an autonomous wayExceptional attention to detail coupled with an ability to see the big pictureThorough conceptual and practical understanding of relational databases, data architecture/governance, and real-world application of statistical conceptsCombining technical skills, passion for learning and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills in EnglishWho We Are:Criteo is the global commerce media company that enables marketers and media owners to deliver richer consumer experiences and drive better commerce outcomes through its industry leading Commerce Media Platform.
