Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We're fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
Your 'day to day'
Engineer and monitor a set of multicategory KPI's and targets across all commercial channels and streams, to effectively drive the commercial organization towards its business objectives
Make periodic presentations and business analysis, managing to find valuable insights that provide relevant and useful information to the business, deepening into the details and adapting to stakeholders and managers requirements.
Contribution to the rollout and continuous improvement of commercial reporting and visualization tools, to support commercial streams in executing their tasks
Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders both fieldforce and commercial managers, seeking proactively for business opportunities.
Who we're looking for
University degree in, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Maths, Engineering.
At least four years of experience in an analytics department
Experience in a commercial team in a multinational environment is desirable.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, advanced excel knowledge is a must.
Power BI knowledge, SQL or Snowflake is a plus.
Fast learning capabilities, cooperative approach and curiosity
Commercial Savvy
Fluent English and Spanish is required.
