.Role overview We are seeking a junior Commercial Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy & Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Analysis, Process Optimization and/or Consulting, and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our day-to-day revenue operations, including sales operations, reporting, and cross-functional strategic projects. This role requires a strategic and analytical thinker who can successfully manage various key work-streams simultaneously.Your Challenge Data Management and Analysis:CRM managementCollect, organize, and analyze data from various sources (sales, marketing, customer service) to provide actionable insights.Implement and maintain data hygiene practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.Conduct detailed analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Process Optimization:Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in revenue-generating processes.Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of revenue-related processes.Technology Integration:Evaluate, select, and integrate technology solutions (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) to support revenue operations.Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of tools and systems to enhance data flow and team efficiency.Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve our tech stack.Performance Tracking and Reporting:Create and manage dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth and operational efficiency.Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to leadership and relevant teams.Develop metrics and analytics to measure the success of revenue operations initiatives.Cross-Departmental Alignment:Foster collaboration and communication between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with revenue strategy.Support initiatives to improve team alignment and drive a unified approach to achieving revenue goals.Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives that impact revenue operations.Must-haves Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or consulting.Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Hubspot), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
