The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong entrepreneurial mindset, extensive industry knowledge, and the ability to utilize networks to achieve commercial success.Location: Anywhere in Europe.Duties & Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and execute commercial marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives, with a focus on market expansion and revenue growth.Identify key market segments and opportunities for growth within the specialty fertilizers industry.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies accordingly.Business Development:Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and other business partners.Lead initiatives to explore new markets and develop commercial partnerships.Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to maximize impact and ROI.Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.Brand Management:Maintain and elevate my client's brand identity within the specialty fertilizers sector.Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials that are consistent with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.Market Research:Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends.Use research findings to guide marketing strategies and product development initiatives.Perform competitive analysis, identify product positioning opportunities, and explore new go-to-market channels for the region.Conduct price sensitivity analyses to optimize product offerings across distribution levels, including ROI analysis for the portfolio.Analytics & Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on campaign performance and market analysis.Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.Education, Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
