Commercial Marketing trainee supports the trade marketing team in planning and executing marketing plans tailored specifically for the on-trade channel. Supports market research and analysis to identify key trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Provides ad hoc support to the trade marketing team as needed, including administrative tasks, activation projects, and other duties related to each brand plan.
Role Responsibilities Support Trade Marketing Team in building Channel Plan strategy based on Marketing and Commercial inputs and ensuring excellent Channel Plan execution. Bring brands and consumer knowledge to Commercial development. Support the implementation of the activation plans aligned with sales team, marketing, purchase, finance to ensure excellence and timely execution. Support monitoring of brand performance and results for Larios and DYC plans in the On Trade channel. Coordinate multi-brand activations at national level with the support of agencies and sales team. Contribute to the creation and production of visibility materials for the channel and their appropriate deployment to elevate our brands.
