The Role Trip.com is looking for a Commercial Manager to strengthen and expand our existing partnerships within the Spanish rail market. Based in Madrid or Barcelona, this role will focus on coordinating marketing campaigns and optimizing operational strategies to drive growth and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact actions, enhance partnership value, and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
In this Role, you'll be responsible for: Partnership Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with key rail operators across Spain, focusing on expanding collaborative initiatives and maximizing partnership benefits.Campaign Execution: Coordinate and help execute marketing campaigns tailored to the Spanish market, working with internal teams to meet performance targets and enhance brand presence.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align on strategies, ensuring all campaigns and operations support company objectives.Sales Channel Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze performance across all sales channels, applying data-driven insights to enhance ticket sales and conversion rates.Operations Optimization: Oversee operational activities related to rail ticketing, from channel management to ensuring a seamless customer journey and experience.Effective Communication: Keep open lines of communication with the company HQ team in Shanghai, sharing market insights, campaign results, and operational updates to maintain alignment.What you'll Need to Succeed: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related fieldExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and a global HQ is an assetAbility to work independently and within a fast-paced, multicultural environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English, with an ability to manage and nurture long-term partnershipsStrong analytical skills with a proactive approach to optimizing performance based on data insights3+ years of experience in commercial operations, or a similar role, ideally within the travel or transportation sectorWhy Trip.com Group We offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
