The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA. PURPOSE We are seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to support our Europe region. In this role, you will provide legal guidance on business activities, transactions, and large-scale projects. You'll work with various solution lines and support functions across the globe, contributing your legal expertise to help us thrive in a highly competitive environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Legal Support for Europe Region: Advise on business activities and transactions within the region, working closely with the regional manager and supporting SITA's contract management team. Transaction Management: Lead legal support on customer, partner, and supplier transactions, including negotiations and contract development. Complex Deal Advisory: Assist senior lawyers on major deals such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and large outsourcing projects. Risk Mitigation: Contribute to long-term projects that address legal risks and compliance issues, ensuring alignment with business strategies. Training & Development: Prepare and deliver legal training to sales and support teams to enhance understanding of contractual and legal issues. Contracting & Dispute Resolution: Advise on material contract matters and support dispute resolution processes, including potential or active claims and litigations. EXPERIENCE: Experience: 3–4 years of commercial legal experience, preferably in corporate transactions, contract management, or within the in-house aviation or tech sector. Collaborative Communicator: Exceptional communication skills to advise and influence key stakeholders across multiple regions. Analytical Thinker: Ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and offer innovative solutions. Global Perspective: Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or a keen interest in handling international matters. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor or Master degree in Law.
