.Descripcin:Responsibilitieso Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts between the company and client entities (both private and public, with 40%. to 50%. of billing related to the public sector).o Working autonomously to provide advice to commercial and operational stakeholders across the region.o Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with client entities and collaborating with the operations team to ensure adherence to established agreements.o Assessing clauses pertaining to compliance with data protection laws and collaborating with the operations team to meet organisational requirements.o Horizon scanning for changes in local laws and regulations which may impact the business and/or operations of Anthesis.o Providing timely responses to internal inquiries through the ticketing system.o Collaborating with the Operations Director, Management System Manager and General Counsel to implement a Compliance system ensuring organizational regulatory compliance through established procedures.o Coordinating with external lawyers when necessary.o Ensure coordination at Group level and escalating matters to the General Counsel, as necessary.o Advising on commercial property matters when required]Job featureso Your contract will be permanent.o You will work full-time (40h/week) with a flexible schedule: you can start from_ Monday to Thursday between 7:30 am and 9 am and finish between 4:30 pm and 6 pm (depending on the lunch break - between 30 and 60 minutes), and on Fridays, your working hours will be intensive, from_ 8 am to 3 pm.o Our working model is hybrid and flexible you will enjoy the benefits of both telecommuting and working at our facilities in Barcelona or Manlleu.ProfileTo successfully develop the job, we are looking for someone who brings the following knowledge, experience, and competencies to the team.Education and key knowledge:o University degree in Law.Masters, Postgraduate, or specific training in Compliance and/or knowledge of Compliance systems will be valued.o Languages: Catalan C1, Spanish C1 and English (C1).Required professional experience as followso 5 years experience (post-qualification) working as a lawyer, ideally in-house.o Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills are essential (for both national and international contracts)o Excellent knowledge of Spanish and Catalan commercial laws, including but not limited to: Spanish Public Procurement Law (contracting procedures, types of public contracts, evaluation criteria, awarding and formalization of the contract, resources in contracting matters, extensions, etc.).o Excellent knowledge of applicable national and EU personal data protection Laws.o Knowledge of compliance, corporate ethics, and corporate governance.Competencies and skills we are looking foro LEGAL EXCELLENCE & ANALYTICAL THINKING: An ability to provide timely, coherent and accurate legal advice to stakeholders across the business
