Ubicación:Guadalajara, Guadalajara provinciaDescripción completa del empleo:The Commercial Financial Analyst will be a key partner in supporting the business integration and following up on the execution of the William Grant Sons brands.
The analyst will ensure that all teams involved and corresponding processes comply with the established contract (all deliverables, KPIs, R-tool reports, etc.).
Similarly, this role will be responsible for monitoring Marketing Resources Management (Discounting and AP modules), ensuring all users are performing according to the rules established, and setting up controls and rules to mitigate risks and prevent any deviation in reporting and establishing KPIs to follow up the performance.What You Can Expect:Coordinate the administrative and financial deliverables of William Grant Sons brands to comply with the contract.
This includes involving and supervising all related teams, such as Commercial Finance, Market Data (R-Tool), Accounting, Revenue Growth Management, Tax, Payroll, etc.Ensure all monthly provisions are sent to William Grant Sons on Day 4: Discounting (DD), Payroll (split in Brand Managers and Brand Ambassadors), and AP charges.Ensure the expenses are invoiced accordingly every quarter (4 invoices).Responsible for monitoring any variance resulted vs plan either in any line of the PL and reporting them timely to Brown-Forman Finance Director and General Manager.Responsible for providing evidence of expenses related to each topic (discounting, AP, and payroll).Responsible for providing the quarterly Sales Forecast to the William Grant Sons team by coordinating this activity with the SOP team.Responsible for updating the playbook related to finance matters and ensuring Brown-Forman complies with it.Responsible for marketing resources management administration for both Discounting and AP modules.Ensure all SAP transactions are well corresponded in the Marketing Resources Management system and cleared off by the end of each month.Responsible for solving the root cause of transactions coming from SAP that are not reconciled in Marketing Resources Management (they should tend to be zero lines not reconciled).Implement controls to mitigate the risk of deviation in missbookings in the Marketing Resources Management system for both modules.Responsible for sending monthly the provision of AP to the accounting team and ensuring the discounting provision is being sent by the commercial analysts.Elaborate monthly reports of AP spending progress related to each area (On-Premise, Trade, Marketing, etc.)
and detect areas of opportunity.Provide continuous training to the sales team in marketing resources management finance, and compliance-related topics.Collaborate with the monthly SBP process as requested by his leaders.Support the annual budgeting process and ensure the reasonableness of spending by area.Report any deviation from users to the Senior Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Analytics Manager, Finance Director, Controllership, and Human Resources teams.What You Bring to the Table:Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a similar profile.1-3 years experience in similar positions (Finance or related).English advanced required.Proficiency in using Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) and Google (Sheets, Slides, Docs) tools, including advanced knowledge of spreadsheet tools.Experience with SAP/ERP, Tableau, and Salesforce.Knowledge in statistics, finance modeling, accounting, administration, sales, and marketing.Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality results.Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and execute responsibilities with planning and organization in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate, analyze, and sort through large amounts of data and transform complex data into concise, clear communications.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.Negotiation skills.Self-motivated to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight timelines.What Makes You Unique:Experience in Marketing Resources Management system.Who We Are:We believe great people build great brands.
