Your mission: You will be responsible for providing the Sales Director and Sales Field senior management with clear insights and commercial analysis regarding volume trends, price realization, and margins performance, to ensure business sustainability.
Responsibilities: Your day to day with us: Support the Commercial team by providing feedback on commercial initiatives performance.Prepare AOP channel algorithm by setting Sales KPIs targets: provide corresponding sales KPIs tracking and propose corrective initiatives.Provide high-quality forecasting accuracy by collecting inputs from market insights and internal functions.Partner with Revenue Management Strategy to define initiatives and commercial policies that facilitate AOP target accomplishment.Review and follow up on commercial policy by channel:Promotional initiatives tracking and analysis.RSP evolution.Net Price evolution by market, channel, and pack type.Total system economics (Trade Margin).Identify commercial strategies deviations and evaluate proposed initiatives to fix these deviations.Act as a point of contact among different departments within the company and relevant third parties.Identify any risks (deadlines, budget, productivity commitments) and escalate them to the manager in order to ensure decisions to overcome these risks are implemented.Present business results in dedicated forums with clear exposure to top management. Qualifications: What will you need to succeed? Experience > 8 years in a similar function.Project Management, Leadership, and Team working skills.Deep knowledge (and networking) of Sales Field organization and operations.Seniority and savvy communication skills important for exposure to Senior Management.High business knowledge in Sales and Commercialization.University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
