About You: As the Commercial Finance Analyst for the Iberian Consumer business, you will make recommendations based on relevant financial analysis to enable sound business decisions and deliver business results. Your proactive participation will be key to the development and implementation of business and financial decisions for key sales and marketing projects. You will report to the Go To Market Leader Iberia (Category) and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Partnering with marketing and sales team to provide expert recommendations based on sound evaluation and analysis on all relevant projects of Commercial Transformation. This includes identifying business opportunities, anticipating risks and opportunities, and recommending solutions and new approaches to meet financial objectives. Proactively challenging the status quo and improving business plans to add value and highlight risks and supporting the development of mitigation plans. Ensuring the continuous improvement of all systems, processes and capabilities and actively provide business teams education to ensure comprehension of financial analysis. Preparing monthly reporting and analysis of deviations versus budget. Driving the creation of the management reports. Having ownership of P&L performance. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Educated to degree level with a recognized financial qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in multinational companies and/or in the FMCG industry. Strong process/project management skills, problem-solving approach by thinking broadly while being able to support with details when required. Strong leadership qualities, ability to influence others. Strong communication skills and initiative to embrace and drive change. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
