The position will require on-site support of clinical education courses and events and therefore the incumbent must be willing to be based in Raynham, MA.
Responsibilities: Leading the Commercial Education Orientation program for our new hires and leading and developing other non-clinical education programs as required.
Primary point of contact for new hires as they join the organization and will continue to be the point of contact as they progress throughout their learning journey.
Offer general administrative and program support to the Commercial Education team and its leadership.
Liaise between education managers, meeting planners, and the company's sales force to ensure educational programs are planned, communicated, and executed effectively.
Act as the team's main point of contact for learners and support administrative tasks as needed for cross-functional business partners.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated organization and project management skills
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Experience leading initiatives and designing programs and events
Ability to collaborate and lead across functions, job levels, and in a matrix organization
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in parallel
High level of ownership and accountability, ability to self-direct and self-govern
Aptitude for practical problem solving
Effective interpersonal skills that include professionalism, maturity, a team mentality with the goal of delivering a great customer experience
Proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting applications
Preferred: Experience in an education, sales, project management, or related role
Experience in a medical device, orthopedic, and/or joint replacement industry
Familiarity with adult learning and/or classroom training and education
Experience using and/or implementing modern educational technologies
Experience in developing and publishing newsletters
