As the Commercial Director Iberia,
you will be responsible for driving continued business expansion of our software and services portfolio across the southern EMEA region and the Spanish speaking market.
You will be accountable for the commercial success and profitability of our entity in Spain.
Based in our office in the heart of Barcelona, you will be working in close collaboration with sales colleagues based in headquarters in the Netherlands.
You will ensure quick and efficient sales revenue by identifying the right target audience, through effective use of your network, tools and automation in order to penetrate target markets and to convert suspects, prospects and leads into satisfied and trusting customers.
You collaborate closely with local partners, global partners and colleagues across different domains.
You are responsible for nurturing and further expanding our existing accounts managed by the Spanish entity.
You roll out sales campaigns and you smartly manifest Rojo's presence through well-orchestrated, targeted campaigns with our own and partner's Marketing departments.
You will work from the comfort of your home, and from our office in Barcelona, travel to the Netherlands and other regions when required.
Job Requirements - What do you need to succeed Senior level, i.e.
10+ years of experience in ICT sales environment;Ideally experience with SAP, Splunk and/or SnapLogic or similar platforms.Ability to think abstract and to translate business pain points into technology solutions or services.Excellent communication skills with both business and IT, internal and external stakeholders.Track record in designing, executing and delivering a successful sales strategy that yields tangible results (i.e.
set targets).Merits: Proven track record of previous successful business cases (sale campaigns, sales targets, business expansion in new regions).Experience in the commercial aspects of Enterprise Integration/ SaaS/ ERP environments/ ICT industry.Have a high quality network and multiple reliable entries in the ICT industry in the region.Clear and fluent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills in English and Spanish, Dutch is a bonus.Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills.Excellent sales skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.A strong leadership spirit with a team player mindset.What do we offer?
