Position Summary: We are looking for an student to give support to the commercial and marketing area. You will be directly working with the Group Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Europe Branded sales. The team provides all the necessary business analysis and project management support to drive sales growth across Europe and has full exposure to all the tactical and strategic decisions in the commercial area. We work in close contact with the different commercial and marketing teams and liaise with other departments such as finance, production and new product development. As an intern, your day-to-day tasks will be: Support in building and launching the agent community network, a new tool that aims at sharing information with our agents. You will be preparing the agents accounts, linking them to each of their customers accounts and doing the necessary checks to ensure the tool works properly before launch. Assist 8 senior commercial team members across Europe to draft the 5-year key account plans for our biggest 35 accounts. Liaise with financial teams to gather operating data needed to prepare quotes and negotiations Prepare commercial reports sent daily to commercial teams to support their operations Help collect and analyze large sets of commercial data to evaluate performance, set targets and define short and medium term strategies Assist with preparation of commercial presentations to the board with both operational and highly strategic insights What we would like to see in you: Team player, ability to actively engage with many and various stakeholders Proactive and committed individual with high problem solving skills Interest in knowing more about how a commercial area works, understanding sales performance, and developing business analysis skills Fluent in English Proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint Experience in PowerBi would be highly valued Application details: Start date: November - December 2024 Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension) Possibility to make an agreement with the university (Convenio) Location: Spain-remote, preferably in Barcelona area or availability to periodically travel to Barcelona.
